The Queen of Hearts is a progressive style raffle where the winner wins 50% of the total raised!

“The Queen of Hearts” is a weekly progressive raffle. 54 playing cards including two jokers are placed face down, the cards are numbered one (1) through fifty four (54) and are encrypted on the site. Chance2Win staff has no part in the card placement or securing the cards on the site.
Once a card is selected from a drawing; it will be turned over with the card face up on the board. If the Queen of Hearts is not selected the game will rollover to the next week. After the drawing, all tickets for that week’s drawing will be removed from the drawing and a new cycle will start.
The total prize pool will continue to accumulate weekly until the QUEEN OF HEARTS is drawn.

The Rules

1. All raffle tickets are $1.00 per ticket. There is no limit on the number of tickets that may be purchased. Ticket sales, locations, and times will be posted online at ….

2. There can only be one name per ticket. Each ticket must include the following:

* LEGAL FIRST AND LAST NAME- (No nicknames, aliases, or abbreviations)
* Contact phone number, that includes area code
* Card number choice

*Each ticket must include the above information, otherwise, the ticket will be invalid and another ticket will be chosen.

3. Every other Wednesday (bi-weekly) the drawing will take place at 8:00pm at xxxxx. Five tickets will be drawn from the tickets purchased that week. Only the first ticket pulled will have the chance to reveal a card on the Queen of Hearts board. All other tickets pulled will only receive a prize payout as outlined below and will not have an opportunity to reveal a card on the Queen of Hearts board.
